Our staff, facilities and equipment are top-notch. Multiple large hangers are well stocked with tools, important parts, and equipment. A mobile maintenance trailer and aircraft are always ready for deployment anywhere in the country. While we prefer to perform maintenance and major inspections at homebase, scheduled maintenance during deployment is a standard overnight task to maximize mission availability. When unexpected maintenance occurs, spare engines, spare planes, and numerous small parts are ready to keep planes flying. Our tactical fire aircraft are all maintained to FAA 135 standards; we also have several part 91 aircraft for operational support and fire mapping.
Our crew of A/P and IA mechanics have lots of experience with a variety of planes and are Aero Commander specialists. During the off-season, our shop stays busy preparing for the next season as a well as doing normal maintenance for other operators and general aviation.
